In this review we’re going to talk about the value BrightLocal provides to businesses looking to improve their Local SEO.
Adding a Location:
The add location feature in BrightLocal won’t find your business if it doesn’t have an address, but I don’t think that’s a problem with Bright Local, but instead a problem with Google Business Profile.
My business is actually in the beautiful city of Pahrump, NV. I’m going to try and “manually add” the location, even though Bright Local makes it feel like I’m creating a new profile.
Getting Your Location ID:

Below, I’ve filled out the profile in attempt to connect my existing Google Business Profile to BrightLocal:
I was going to use my Google Business Profile ID in the Unique location Reference area, but We’ll see about that. I think you can use any number for the Unique Location Reference, but I think it might make sense to use the location ID?
